On 03.12.2024, BGService Ltd signed administrative grant contract BG16RFPR001-1.003-0378-C01 "Implementation of an innovative software solution at BGService Ltd", co-financed under the "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" Programme 2021–2027, procedure BG16RFPR001-1.003 "Implementation of innovations in enterprises".
The project proposal envisages the implementation of an innovative software product for intelligent shift planning of employees in different companies, using artificial intelligence, tightly integrated with a two-factor authentication and identification solution based on QES (Qualified Electronic Signature).
Expected results: An implemented product innovation — an innovative software product for intelligent employee shift planning across different companies using artificial intelligence and tightly integrated with a two-factor authentication and identification solution based on QES; increased innovation capacity and competitiveness of the enterprise, as well as growth potential for expanding its market share.
Total value: BGN 596,900.00, of which BGN 298,000.00 in non-repayable funding from the European Union

BGService Ltd signed a contract with the "Ministry of Economy".
On 13.03.2017, a contract was signed between BGService Ltd and the Ministry of Economy, which includes the General Directorate "European Funds for Competitiveness", for the provision of grant funding up to a maximum of BGN 268,660 (70% of the total eligible costs). The total project value is BGN 383,800. The project is named "Investments to improve management processes at BGService Ltd".
The objective of the project proposal is to develop the management capacity of BGService Ltd through:
– comprehensive regulation and improvement of work process management and achieving an effective organisation of the entire activity;
– improving the management of the environmental impact resulting from work processes;
– promoting the use of ICT-based software solutions as a factor for sustainable company development on the national and international markets.
The duration of the project is 12 (twelve) months.
